羊多胎多羔性状的生物技术研究进展
Research Progress on Biotechnology of Prolific and Prolific Sheep Traits
摘要
Abstract
The trait of multiple births and multiple lambs is an important genetic feature in the reproductive performance of sheep,which has a significant impact on improving the production efficiency of the mutton and wool industry.In recent years,with the development of genomics,epigenetics,transcriptome and single cell technology,the molecular mechanism of multiple births and multiple lambs in sheep has been gradually revealed.In this paper,the current research progress of biotechnology on the trait of multiple births and multiple lambs in sheep was reviewed,including the application and development of genetics,genomics,epigenetics and gene editing technology in this field,especially the related genes,candidate genes and regulatory networks of multiple births and multiple lambs.Through in-depth discussion of the research results of these technologies,this review provides a theoretical basis for precise breeding and efficient propagation of multiple births and multiple lambs in sheep,and looks forward to the potential and challenges of future technologies in this field.关键词
