参环毛蚓的全长转录组测序及环境适应性相关基因分析
Full-length Transcriptome Sequencing and Analysis of Genes Related to Environmental Adaption of Pheretima Aspergillum

Abstract
To obtain the abundant transcript information and functional genes of Pheretima aspergillum.Full-length transcriptome sequencing for seminal vesicle,testis,muscle,cecum and prostate gland of Pheretima aspergillum was performed using SMRT based on the PacBio platform.After quality control,a total of 12 934 high-quality isoforms were obtained,with an average length of 2 034 bp and an N50 length of 2 325 bp.NR and other databases were used for functional annotation,and a total of 10 110(79%)isoforms were annotated.The full-lengh transcripts were obtained,and functional annotation and important genes related to the adaptation to the complex environment were identified.These results would lay the foundation for further revealing the molecular mechanism of the adaptation to the complex environment.关键词
