Abstract
Objective To explore the relationship between the preoperative hemoglobin,albumin,lym-phocyte,and platelet(HALP)scores of colon cancer and its clinicopathological characteristics,as well as its predictive value for postoperative liver metastasis. Methods The clinical data of 70 colon cancer pa-tients admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to July 2024 were retrospectively analyzed. The relation-ship between the preoperative HALP scores of colon cancer patients and the clinicopathological characteris-tics,as well as the influencing factors of postoperative liver metastasis in colon cancer patients, were ana-lyzed,and the risk factors for postoperative liver metastasis in colon cancer patients were screened.Re-sults The HALP scores of patients with preoperative CEA level ≥5 μg/L,vascular invasion, maximum tumor diameter≥5 cm,lymph node metastasis, and depth of invasion beyond the serosa were lower(P<0.05).Among the 70 colon cancer patients,15 cases with postoperative liver metastasis were the metastasis group, and 55 cases without metastasis were the non-metastasis group. The proportion of patients with maximum tumor diameter ≥5 cm,preoperative CEA level ≥5 μg/L,and combined lymph node metastasis in the metastasis group was higher than that in the non-metastasis group, and the HALP scores were lower than those in the non-metastasis group(P<0.05).Maximum tumor diameter≥5 cm,preoperative CEA level≥5 μg/L,combined lymph node metastasis, and low HALP scores were all risk factors for postopera-tive liver metastasis in colon cancer patients(P<0.05).Conclusion The HALP scores are correlated with the clinicopathological characteristics of colon cancer patients, and a low HALP score is a risk factor for postoperative liver metastasis in patients, which has a certain predictive value for postoperative liver metastasis of colon cancer.关键词
