饲料中添加中草药对断奶仔猪的育肥效果试验
Experiment on Fattening Effect of Chinese Herbal Medicine on Weaned Piglets

Abstract
In order to investigate the effects of adding Chinese herbs to the feed on the growth performance and fattening effect of weaned piglets,120 healthy,disease-free,similar body condition"Du×Chang×Da"ternary crossbred pigs(male and female half)were randomly divided into four groups and fed with the base diet+0,0.5%,1.0%and 1.5%of the Chinese herbs,respectively,pre-test for 7 days and formal test for 120 days.The results showed that compared with the control group,the final measured body weight,average daily weight gain and average daily feed intake of piglets in each test group were significantly higher(P＜0.05),the feed-to-weight ratio was significantly lower(P＜0.05);the average live weight and average carcass weight were significantly higher(P＜0.05);the slaughter rate of piglets in the medium-and high-dose groups of the Chinese herbal medicine was significantly higher(P＜0.05),and the thickness of backfat was significantly lower(P＜0.05);the water loss rate of piglet's meat was significantly reduced(P＜0.05),and the shear force of piglet's meat was significantly reduced(P＜0.05)in the middle and high dose groups of Chinese herbs.It indicated that adding a certain dose of Chinese herbs to the feed could improve the growth performance and slaughtering performance of weaned piglets,and improve the meat quality.关键词
