Application of Edible Mushroom Pomace Feed in Meat Goat Production
摘要
Abstract
With the rapid development of edible mushroom industry,the production of mushroom residue is increasing.As a kind of waste rich in nutrients,the resource utilization of mushroom dregs has received wide attention.At the same time,the meat sheep industry has an increasing demand for unconventional feed resources,and the feed application of mushroom slag has emerged.However,mycorrhizal feed still faces many challenges in practical application,such as fluctuation of nutrient composition,residual harmful substances and high processing cost.Therefore,in-depth research on the application effect of mushroom residue feed in meat sheep production and its solutions are of great significance to promote resource recycling and sustainable development of meat sheep industry.The aim of this review is to systematically explore the current status of the application of edible fungal slag feed in meat sheep production,to provide a scientific basis for the selection of feed for meat sheep farming by analyzing the advantages and potential problems of the slag feed,and at the same time,to provide a new idea for the resourceful utilization of edible fungal slag and to promote the sustainable development of the meat sheep industry.关键词
