摘要

Abstract

As nanotechnology rapidly progresses,nano-selenium,a novel form of selenium,has shown significant potential for widespread application in various fields,including medicine,animal husbandry,and the food industry.This is due to its unique physicochemical properties and substantial biological activity.Notably,when nano-selenium is combined with polysaccharides to form nanocomposites,its stability is significantly enhanced,and its potential for application across various industries is greatly expanded.Consequently,this paper aims to systematically explore the preparation methods,physicochemical properties,and specific applications of polysaccharide-based nano-selenium in different fields.Furthermore,the paper will provide an in-depth analysis of the challenges associated with its application in animal husbandry and offer prospects for its future development.
