优质笔料毛型长江三角洲白山羊的生物标志物的鉴定及筛选
Identification and Screening of Biomarkers of Superior-Quality Brush Wool Type Yangtze River Delta White Goats

Abstract
The purpose of this experiment was to explore the feasibility of circular RNA-circCOL1A1 as a biomarker for identifying superior-quality brush wool type Yangtze River Delta White goats.Additionally,it aimed to provide a scientific basis for the conservation and breeding of these superior-quality brush wool type Yangtze River Delta White goats.The experiment selected 30 superior-quality and 30 normal-quality type Yangtze River Delta White goats,all approxi-mately 4 months old and with similar body shapes and physical conditions.Skin tissue samples were collected from the neck and spine area of each goat.The expression levels of circCOL1A1 and linearCOL1A1 in the skin tissues of the neck and spine area of superior-quality and normal-quality type Yangtze River Delta White goats were explored by using real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR technology.The results showed that the expression level of circCOL1A1 in superior-quality group was lower than that in normal-quality group,while the expression level of linearCOL1A1 in superior-quality group was higher than that in normal-quality group.Although the differences in expression levels of circCOL1A1 and linearCOL1A1 among some individuals were not significant,a corresponding trend still existed.Com-bining the receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve of the subjects,the area under the curve(AUC)value was cal-culated to be 0.838,indicating a high identification efficiency.In summary,it was preliminarily determined that circ-COL1A1 can be used as a biomarker to identify the Yangtze River Delta White goats with superior-quality brush hair.关键词
