Exploring the Mechanism of Purslane in Relieving Enteritis of Meat Rabbits Based on Network Pharmacology and Molecular Docking

Abstract
The aim of this study was to explore the mechanism of purslane in alleviating enteritis of meat rabbits using network pharmacology and molecular docking techniques.The main active ingredients and related targets of purslane were identified using the TCMSP database,and the disease targets of rabbit enteritis were searched for in the Gene-Cards database.Interaction between the intersecting targets of the two were analyzed by STRING,and the core targets were screened.GO and KEGG enrichment analysis were performed to obtain the relevant signaling pathways of Portu-laca oleracea's anti-inflammatory effects.The top 5 active ingredients with the highest moderate values in Portulaca oleracea were selected,then validated by molecular docking with the selected core targets using the AutoDock Vina plu-gin in AutoDock software.The results showed that the main active ingredients of Portulaca oleracea were 10 types,in-cluding β-carotene,β-sitosterol,luteolin,quercetin,etc.,with a total of 267 corresponding targets and 52 core tar-gets.The KEGG enrichment analysis revealed that the core targets were closely related to pathways related to inflam-mation,cancer,and viral diseases.The main active ingredients of Portulaca oleracea,such as quercetin,luteolin,kaemp-ferol,5,7-dihydroxy-2-(3-hydroxy-4-methoxyphenyl)chroman-4-one,arachidonic acid,had strong binding activity with the core targets PLK1,SYK,PLA2G4A,MPO and GUSB.In conclusion,purslane may act on major signaling path-ways such as PI3K Akt,mTOR,NF-κB through core targets such as PLK1,SYK,PLA2G4A,MPO and GUSB,thereby af-fecting physiological processes such as inflammatory response,cell apoptosis,and cell proliferation and differentiation in enteritis,and play a role in relieving enteritis.关键词
