摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the influencing factors for postoperative recurrence of high complex anal fistula. Methods Total 70 patients with complex anal fistula undergoing surgical treatment from January 2019 to June 2022 were included.Postoperative recurrence was assessed during follow-up,and pa-tients were divided into a recurrence group(20 cases)and a non-recurrence group(50 cases).Gender, age, surgical methods, etc.were compared between the two groups.Logistic regression analysis was used to identify risk factors for recurrence of high complex anal fistula. Results The recurrence rate was 28.57%(20/70).Significant differences were observed between the recurrence and non-recurrence groups in age, body mass index(BMI),diabetes comorbidity, surgical method, compliance with postoperative wound care, clarity of internal opening location, and history of anal fistula surgery(P<0.05).No differ-ences were found in gender or disease duration(P>0.05).Logistic regression identified rectal mucosal flap advancement,non-compliance with wound care, unclear internal opening location, and history of anal fistula surgery as risk factors for postoperative recurrence(P<0.05).Conclusion Postoperative recur-rence of high complex anal fistula is high, and the risk of recurrence is associated with surgical technique, dressing change, and internal opening location.关键词
