自然放牧状态下盘欧羊复胃的组织形态学特征研究
Study on Histochemical Structure of Stomach Chambers of Pan-ou Tibetan Sheep under Natural Grazing

Abstract
The purpose of this experiment is to provide morphological theoretical support for the cultivation of new Ti-betan sheep breeds by studying the differences in the histological characteristics of each stomach chamber among diffe-rent Tibetan sheep breeds.Six 1.5 year old Pan-ou sheep and six Oula sheep were selected and slaughtered.The tissues sample of rumen,reticulum,omasum and abomasum were collected.Conventional paraffin sections were prepared and HE staining was performed to determine the relevant indicators of each gastric chamber tissue.The results were as fol-lows:①the rumen dorsal papillae height of Pan-ou sheep was significantly higher than that of Oula sheep(P<0.01),and the papillae width was significantly lower than that of Oula sheep(P<0.01);the papillae height and papillae width of the reticulum fundus were significantly lower than those of Oula sheep(P<0.01).②The thickness of lamina propria in rumen dorsal sac and reticulum fundus of Pan-ou sheep was significantly lower than that of Oula sheep(P<0.01),and the thickness of lamina propria in gastric fundus of abomasum was significantly higher than that of Oula sheep(P<0.01);the thickness of lamina propria mucosa of omasum was slightly higher than that of Oula sheep,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).③The submucosal thickness of all stomach chambers of Pan-ou sheep was significantly higher than that of Oula sheep(P<0.01).④The rumen dorsal muscle thickness of Pan-ou sheep was significantly lower than that of Oula sheep(P<0.01),and the muscle thickness of fundus gland area of abomasum was lower than that of Oula sheep,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05);the thickness of muscle layer of the wall of the omasum was significantly higher than that of Oula sheep(P<0.01).⑤The corneum thickness of rumen dorsal sac of Pan-ou sheep was significantly higher than that of Oula sheep(P<0.05),and the corneum thickness of omasum was signifi-cantly lower than that of Oula sheep(P<0.01);the corneum thickness of reticulum fundus was lower than that of Oula sheep,but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).In conclusion,there were great differences in the structure of compound stomach between Pan-ou sheep and Oula sheep.Compared to Oula sheep,Pan-ou sheep have thicker stom-ach walls and higher rumen papillae,indicating a stronger ability to digest crude fiber.关键词
