摘要

Abstract

Accurate and timely early pregnancy diagnosis is a crucial means to reduce nonpregnant days of female live-stock,improve reproductive performance,and minimize economic losses in dairy farms.Currently,ultrasonography and pregnancy-associated proteindetection were widely applied in early pregnancy diagnosis for dairy cows,with recog-nized accuracy and practicality.Meanwhile,the rapid development of emerging diagnostic technologies,such as inter-feron-τ stimulated genes,circulating mRNA,and proteomic analyses of milk and blood,provides new avenues for early pregnancy detection.This article comprehensively discussed the principles,advantages,disadvantages,and developmen-tal potential of these diagnostic techniques,aiming to provide references for improving reproductive performance in dairy cows.
