Abstract
In order to cultivate outstanding talents with all-around development of moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetics and labour education in veterinary medicine,this paper discusses how to fully motivate the enthusiasm,initiative and creativity of teachers.By leading the ideological and political system,establishing the foundation of ideological and political system,and establishing the ideological and political content system,forming the full coverage,progressive level,and mutual support,construct a great ideological and political pattern of whole staff,whole process and all-round education.关键词
