辽宁省白菜抗根肿病种质资源的筛选及抗性基因分子鉴定
Screening and Molecular Identification of Clubroot-resistant Brassica rapa Germplasm Resources in Liaoning Province

Abstract
To identify superior clubroot-resistant germplasm resources of Brassica rapa in Liaoning Province,pathogenicity tests were performed on 13 pakchoi(B.rapa ssp.chinensis)and 64 Chinese cabbage(B.rapa ssp.pekinens is)accessions using soil inoculation with the Plasmodiophora brassicae strain isolate from Xinmin of Shenyang,and molecular screening was then conducted to characterize resistance loci(CRa,CRa3.7,CRb,CRc,CRd,CRk,Crr1a,Crr2,and Crr3)in promising resistant resources.The results showed that one pakchoi accession 'Xiayuqian CR-4-5'(CR09),two Chinese cabbage accessions 'Beichenqianggen S5-1 CMS × CR51-1S5-1'(CR34)and 'Gaochenqiangbing'(CR77)exhibited strong resistance,both disease incidence and disease index values of 0.Molecular marker analysis confirmed that all three resistant accessions carried the clubroot resistance genes CRk,Crr1a,and Crr2.关键词
