大蒜种质资源适应性的综合评价与筛选
Comprehensive Evaluation and Screening of Adaptability of Garlic Germplasm Resources

Abstract
In order to select the best garlic germplasm resources suitable for Hubei Province,51 agronomic traits of 148 germplasm resources were investigated,and the variation,genetic diversity,correlation and cluster analysis were carried out on the material phenotypic data of different bolting types.The results showed that the coefficient of variation of quantitative traits ranged from 17.48％ to 66.83％,and the tested resources showed rich genetic diversity.There were significant correlations among the traits at the same growth stage.9 traits,such as ground pseudostem diameter,bolt length and bulb transverse diameter,were positively correlated with yield height at each stage,and these traits could be used as yield predictors.The cluster analysis showed that the resources with different bolting characteristics could be divided into 5 categories,and 37 high-yield resources suitable for planting in Hubei Province were selected according to the yield ranking of garlic shoots,garlic bolts and bulbs.Among them,10 resources are suitable for the production of garlic shoots,6 resources are suitable for the production of garlic bolts,11 resources are suitable for the production of garlic bulbs,2 resources are suitable for the combined use of garlic shoots and garlic bolts,6 resources are suitable for the combined use of garlic shoots and garlic bulbs,and 2 resources are suitable for the combined use of garlic shoots,garlic bolts and garlic bulbs.关键词
