新中国成立初期煤炭工业安全生产的整顿与治理研究(1949-1957)
Research on the Rectification and Governance of Safety Production in the Coal Industry in the Early Years of the People's Republic of China(1949-1957)
摘要
Abstract
In the early years of the People's Republic of China,the safe production in the coal industry was not only an economic issue but also a political and cultural one.In response to frequent and severe safety accidents,under the leadership of the Communist Party of China,governments at all levels launched rectification and governance efforts in three aspects:ideology,institutional building,and technological measures.In terms of ideology,safety production education was strengthened,and responsibility awareness was also reinforced.In terms of institutions,regulations were issued,safety security institutions were established,and a safety inspection system was put into place.In terms of technology,ventilation systems were improved,safety devices were added,and the prevention and treatment of pneumoconiosis were implemented.Through these efforts,the safety production issues in the coal industry were effectively addressed,and the Communist Party of China's people-centered safe production theory was enriched and improved in the process.关键词
