摘要

Abstract

To screen out the most suitable amount of potash fertilizer in actual production of pepper,the study take three cherry pepper and as test materials to research the influence of six potassium fertilization levels,namely CK(0kg·hm-2),T1(177.45 kg·hm-2),T2(215.55 kg·hm-2),T3(253.50 kg·hm-2),T4(291.60 kg·hm-2),T5(329.55 kg·hm-2)on open-air cultivated pepper yield,quality,nitrogen metabolism,and root morphology in the condition with the same content of nitrogen and phosphorus fertilizers applied.The results showed that an appropriate amount of potassium fertilizer can promote the growth and development of pepper,improve quality,and enhance the activity of nitrogen metabolism enzymes in leaves.Applying different amounts of potassium fertilizer can significantly improve the yield of pepper,and the yield increase rate is 15.92%-33.44%.Among them,T2 treatment had the highest content of soluble sugar,total phenols,capsaicin,and crude fiber in pepper,as well as the highest nitrate reductase activity and glutamine synthetase activity in leaves.The total root length and total root surface area were also the highest,and the agronomic efficiency and contribution rate of potassium fertilizer were also the highest.Considering comprehensively,the optimal potassium application rate for the open field production of three cherry pepper under the conditions of this study is 215.55 kg·hm-2.Under this fertilization rate,the yield reaches its highest and the quality is better.
