六字诀在慢病康复中应用现状及趋势的文献计量分析
Current status and trends in liuzijue-based rehabilitation for chronic diseases:a bibliometric analysis

Abstract
Objective To visualize the research landscape and emerging trends of Liuzijue(Six Healing Sounds)in chronic dis-ease rehabilitation using CiteSpace software,providing a theoretical foundation for subsequent studies.Methods Literature pub-lished from January 1,2008,to August 15,2023,was retrieved from CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP,PubMed,Web of Science,and Embase using search terms:"Liuzijue"OR"Liuzijue Qigong"OR"Liuzijue exercise"OR"respiratory exercise".Bibliometric analysis of key-words,authors,institutions was performed with CiteSpace.Results A total of 318 Chinese articles and 30 English articles were in-cluded.The top three institutions by publication volume were Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and Yueyang Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Affiliated to Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Liuzijue is primarily applied to improve lung function in asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD),sleep disorders,and anxiety/depression.Conclusion As a traditional Chinese mind-body exercise,Li-uzijue carries profound cultural heritage and significant therapeutic value.Future research should focus on mechanistic exploration,protocol standardization,and high-quality evidence generation for Liuzijue-based interventions.关键词
