表面肌电生物反馈结合呼吸-吞咽协调训练对脑梗死后吞咽障碍患者康复的影响研究
Effect of surface electromyography biofeedback combined with breathing-swallowing coordination training on rehabilitation of patients with dysphagia after cerebral infarction

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of surface electromyography biofeedback combined with breathing-swallowing coordi-nation training on the rehabilitation process of patients with dysphagia after cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 109 patients with dysphagia after cerebral infarction admitted to the hospital from September 2022 to August 2024 were studied.By digital blind selection method,55 cases were divided into the combination group and 54 cases were divided into the single group.In the single group,the breathing and swallowing coordination training mode was selected for intervention,and the surface myoelectric biofeedback intervention was added to the combination group.Swallowing function,surface myoelectric level of submental muscle group,lingual muscle strength and hyoid motion were compared between the two groups before intervention and 4 weeks after intervention.Results After 4 weeks of intervention,the swallowing function score of the combination group was lower than that of the single group(all P<0.05).After 4 weeks of intervention,the swallowing time of the combined group was lower than that of the single group,and the aver-age amplitude was higher than that of the single group(all P<0.05).After 4 weeks of intervention,the level of tongue muscle strength in he combination group was higher than that in he single group(all P<0.05).After 4 weeks of intervention,the hyoid ac-tivity in the combination group was greater than that in the single group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Surface electromyography bio-feedback combined with breathing-swallowing coordination training can significantly promote the rehabilitation of patients with swallo-wing disorder after cerebral infarction,and can significantly improve the swallowing function,lingual muscle strength and hyoid motion of patients.关键词
