肺功能康复锻炼在慢阻肺稳定期康复护理中的作用OA
The role of pulmonary rehabilitation exercises in the rehabilitation care of patients with stable COPD
目的 探讨肺功能康复锻炼对稳定期慢阻肺患者的作用.方法 筛选2023年10月至2024年4月中日友好医院呼吸与危重症医学科收治的8 0例稳定期慢阻肺住院患者作为研究对象,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组40例.对照组采取呼吸内科常规护理方法,试验组在对照组护理方法的基础上增加肺功能康复锻炼,包括让患者进行腹式呼吸、缩唇呼吸、6分钟步行试验、自我管理、记录康复日记、肺功能康复锻炼训练、实施气道廓清技术等.比较治疗前与治疗24周后两组患者肺功能(FVC、FEV1、FEV1/FVC)、患者的动脉血氧分压(PaO2)、动脉二氧化碳分压(PCO2),以及治疗前后疾病认知度、患者治疗依从性;比较两组患者肺功能的恢复情况和生活质量、对疾病的认知程度的改善情况.结果 治疗24周后,试验组患者的FVC、FEV1、FEV1/FVC、PaO2、PCO2、疾病认知度、治疗依从性等维度的评分较对照组具有显著的改善(P＜0.05),差异具有统计学意义.结论 肺功能康复锻炼对处于慢阻肺稳定期的患者具有积极的作用,可以改善患者呼吸困难的症状,增强患者肺功能,增强患者对疾病的认知程度和依从性,改善患者的情绪状况和生活质量.
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of pulmonary rehabilitation exercises in improving lung function and quality of life in patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods A total of 80 hospitalized patients with stable COPD in the Department of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine at China-Japan Friendship Hospital from October 2023 to April 2024 were randomly allocated into an experimental group(n=40)and a control group(n=40).The control group received routine care,while the experimental group received additional pulmonary rehabilitation exercises,including diaphragmatic breathing,pursed-lip breathing,6-minute walking test(6MWT),self-management training,rehabilitation diary documentation,airway clearance tech-niques,and pulmonary function training.Lung function parameters(FVC,FEV1,FEV1/FVC),arterial blood gas values(PaO2,PaCO2),and quality of life were compared between the two groups at baseline and 24 weeks post-intervention.Results After 24 weeks,the experimental group showed significant improvements in FVC,FEV1,FEV1/FVC,PaO2,and PaCO2 compared to the control group(P＜0.05).Quality of life scores were also markedly enhanced in the experimental group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Pulmo-nary rehabilitation exercises significantly alleviate dyspnea,improve lung function,and enhance quality of life in patients with stable COPD.
