心肺康复对老年脑卒中患者肢体运动功能恢复的影响
Effect of cardiopulmonary rehabilitation on recovery of limb motor function in elderly stroke patients

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of cardiopulmonary rehabilitation on the recovery of limb motor function in elderly stroke patients.Methods Eighty elderly stroke patients with limb motor dysfunction were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 40 patients each.Both groups received routine rehabilitation,while the observation group additionally received cardiopulmonary rehabilitation.All patients underwent rehabiliation continuously for 8 weeks.Before and after treatment,limb motor function was evaluated using the Fugl-Meyer Assessment(FMA),daily living abilities with the Modified Barthel Index(MBI),and prognosis with the Modified Rankin Scale(MRS).Pulmonary function was measured using a spirometer,including forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in 1 second(FEV1),and(FEV1/FVC)ratio.Results After treatment,both groups showed improvements in FMA,MBI,FVC,FEV1,and FEV1/FVC compared to baseline(all P＜0.05),with greater improvements the observation group than the control group(P＜0.05).MRS scores decreased significantly,in both groups after rehabilitation(P＜0.05),with a more pronounced reduction in the observation group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The addition of cardiopulmonary reha-bilitation to routine therapy can enhance pulmonary function,promote limb motor recovery,and improve daily living abilities and prognosis in elderly stroke patients.关键词
