老年保健与管理专业实习生对老年人态度变化轨迹及影响因素分析
Analysis of the trajectory of changes and the influencing factors in attitudes towards the elders of geriatric health care and management interns

Abstract
Objective To explore the potential categories and influencing factors in attitudes towards the elders of geriatric health care and management interns.Methods A total of 240 cases of geriatric health care and management interns were selected by convenient sampling method.The general situation questionnaire,Kogan's Attitudes toward Older People Scale and General Self-Efficacy Scale were used to investigate at 1 day before the internship(T0),1 month after the internship(T1),3 months after the in-ternship(T2)and 6 months after the internship(T3).Using latent variable growth mixed models to identify trajectory categories,and univariate and multivariate logistic regression to analyze the influences on attitude of interns in geriatric health care and management towards the elders.Results A total of 3 categories of attitude trajectories towards the elders were identified,which were positive atti-tude-fluctuating group(20.0％),positive attitude-slow decline group(66.25％)and negative attitude-continuous increase group(13.75％).General self-efficacy,family atmosphere and family economy are the influencing factors of the potential categories of atti-tudes of interns towards the elders.Conclusion There is heterogeneity in the attitudes of interns towards the elders.Internship units and colleges can provide targeted intervention and guidance according to the influencing factors of trajectory categories,focusing on interns with low general self-efficacy,poor family atmosphere and family financial difficulties.关键词
