张建明针刺治疗梅杰综合征的临床经验浅析
Analysis of ZHANG Jianming's Clinical Experience in Treating Meige Syndrome with Acupuncture Therapy

Abstract
Meige syndrome is a rare extrapyramidal disease characterized by unilateral or bilateral blepharospasm,oromandibular dystonia,and involuntary facial movements,falling under the category of"convulsive syndrome"in Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM).Clinically,this condition predominantly affects middle-aged and elderly women,with a notable rise in incidence in recent years.Its etiology and pathogenesis remain incompletely understood,posing significant challenges for treatment.Clinical practice has demonstrated the distinct advantages of TCM in managing this disorder.Acupuncture,a hallmark therapy of TCM,integrates holistic principles and syndrome differentiation,yielding remarkable efficacy.ZHANG Jianming posits that the fundamental pathogenesis of Meige syndrome lies in liver stagnation,spleen deficiency,and mental restlessness.Consequently,his therapeutic approach emphasizes holistic regulation through soothing liver,fortifying spleen,refreshing brain,and harmonizing the mind.By combining holistic syndrome-differentiation acupuncture(Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture technique)with localized special acupuncture(sphenopalatine ganglion stimulation),significant clinical outcomes have been achieved.This integrative strategy offers novel insights and methodologies for the clinical management of Meige syndrome.关键词
