基于"瞳神络病"理论辨治病理性近视性黄斑病变的诊疗探析
Analysis of the Diagnosis and Treatment of Pathological Myopic Macular Lesions Based on the Theory of"Collateral Diseases of the Pupil Spirit"

Abstract
Pathological myopia,due to the progressive excessive elongation of the eye axis,leads to a series of lesions in the posterior pole.Among them,the lesions in the macular area are particularly severe,which can directly damage the visual function.It has become a key factor leading to vision loss and even blindness in myopic patients,posing a significant threat to the national health quality in China.KANG Zefeng innovatively combines the theory of collateral diseases in Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)with the characteristics of the eye collaterals,and proposes the theory of"collateral diseases of the pupil spirit",providing a new perspective for the diagnosis and treatment of pathological myopic macular lesions.This article combines the latest ATN classification system for myopic macular lesions,namely,the fine division of three components:Atrophy(A),Traction(T),and Neovascularization(N).It comprehensively analyzes the characteristics of the pathogenesis of different pathological manifestations of this disease.On this basis,it preliminarily explores the treatment methods,prescriptions and medicines.Through the organic combination of the holistic concept of TCM and the modern medical classification system,it is expected to provide more accurate and comprehensive ideas and guidance for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of pathological myopic macular lesions,so as to effectively improve the treatment effect,protect eye health of the Chinese people,and reduce the visual impairment and social and economic burden caused by pathological myopia.关键词
