Analysis on the Correlation Between Intestinal Flora and Dry Eye with Depression Syndrome Based on"Yin-fire Theory"

Abstract
Based on the theory of spleen and stomach,this study explores the correlation between intestinal flora and depression-related dry eye from the perspective of the Yin-fire theory.Dry eye is a common ocular surface disorder characterized by persistent symptoms that significantly impair patients'quality of life and subsequently affect their physical and mental health.Clinical studies have found that dry eye patients frequently present with anxiety or depressive states,with liver depression and spleen deficiency being the most prevalent pattern.Depression-related dry eye specifically refers to dry eye accompanied by anxiety or depressive states,predominantly manifesting as liver depression and spleen deficiency type.This paper integrates dry eye with depression syndrome and employs the Yin-fire theory to analyze the pathological mechanisms of modern depression-related dry eye.Contemporary research indicates that intestinal flora constitutes the physiological foundation of liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome.By utilizing the Yin-fire theory as a bridge connecting intestinal microbiota and depression-related dry eye,this study establishes a comprehensive framework for analyzing their interrelationship.The therapeutic approach emphasizes personalized treatment through nourishing blood and strengthening the spleen to dissipate Yin fire,as well as soothing liver and relieving stagnation to eliminate depressive fire.These findings further develop the application of spleen-stomach theory in the diagnosis and treatment of dry eye disorders.关键词
