Abstract
Public institutions have always played a demonstrative role in the field of energy conservation and low carbon,but there have been a series of problems in the standardization of energy conservation and low carbon in public institutions,such as a small number of direct standards,the need to improve the pertinence of standards,and the lack of standards in key areas.Based on the existing problems in the field of energy conservation and low carbon standardization of public institutions in Jilin province,this paper studies the ideas for the construction of the standards system for energy conservation and low carbon in public institutions in Jilin province in the aspects of energy-saving renovation and construction,operation management of energy conservation and low carbon,as well as demonstration and evaluation of energy conservation and low carbon,in order to reduce the consumption of energy resources in public institutions and fully play the leading and driving role of public institutions.关键词
