摘要
Abstract
Supplier management is a complex process,and standardization work in supplier management has a very important significance.Effective standardized management can help enterprises establish a stable and reliable supply chain network and reduce the risk of production stagnation or delivery delay due to supply disruptions caused by the international situation.Based on the practice of supplier management in aerospace products production enterprises,combining the international and domestic general standards and the strategies to solve practical problems in enterprise operation,this paper summarizes the common standardization methods and key concerns in supplier management to ensure that they truly serve the needs of enterprise development,and maintain flexibility and adaptability while keeping standardization management to ensure the effective implementation of standardization and maximize its benefits.关键词
