人耳螨病6例临床特征及诊治分析

Abstract
Objective To report clinical characteristics and authors'experiences with diagnosis and treatment of otodectosis in humans.Methods Data from patients with otodectosis diagnosed in the Affiliated Hospital of Sichuan Nursing Vocational College from January 2019 to June 2024 were reviewed.The Clinical characteristics were summarized and the treatment process was discussed.Results All six patients were female,aged 21 to 39 years,and had a history of sleeping with pet cats without mite repellent,including 5 young cats.All patients had irregularly tinnitus,lasting from 1 to 30 minutes,sounding like"rustle","grating",etc.,which worsened in quiet or when sleeping.Other clinical manifestations included ear itchiness(n=2),sensation of foreign body(n=1)and earache(n=1).Symptoms disappeared after repeated external auditory canal irrigation.This was followed by treatment of pet cats external auditory canals with repellents.Three patients continued sleeping with their cats,with recurrence in one of them during the follow-up.Conclusion Otodectosis in humans is more common in young women,often associated with close contact with pet cats,especially young cats.Tinnitus is the main symptom.The disease has a good prognosis with timely treatment.Strict mite repellent treatment in pet cats is an important measure to prevent recurrence.关键词
