《高原地区便携式医用供氧器安全使用管理规范》构建研究
Research on the Construction of Safe Use Management Specifications for Portable Medical Oxygen Supply Devices in Plateau Area

Abstract
In response to the safety hazards exposed in the special environment of plateau areas and the widespread use of portable medical oxygen supply devices,the Safety Use Management Specifications for Portable Medical Oxygen Supply Devices in Plateau Areas has been systematically formulated.By analyzing the harm of hypoxia in plateau areas to human health and the existing management problems of oxygen supply equipment,this paper proposes scientific management measures for the entire process,including basic requirements for equipment,procurement and acceptance,applicable populations,usage methods,storage and transportation,maintenance,supervision and inspection,emergency management,and accident handling.It clarifies the responsibilities and technical requirements of each link to enhance the safety and effectiveness of the use of oxygen supply devices,reduce the risk of accidents,and promote medical health and public safety in plateau areas.This research provides a theoretical basis and practical framework for the standardized management of oxygen supply equipment in plateau areas,which is of great significance for promoting the standardization and technological upgrading of the industry.关键词
