"玄府-络脉"理论指导下的干眼治疗策略探讨
Discussion on Dry Eye Treatment Strategy Under the Guidance of the"Xuanfu-Collateral Vessels"Theory
摘要
Abstract
Xuanfu originates from the Huangdi Neijing and was established as a theoretical system by the Jin-Yuan dynasty physician LIU Wansu.It enriches and refines Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)'s theories of the Zangxiang(organ imagery),pathogenesis,and treatment principles,deepening the understanding of the human body's structure and function.It also provides a new perspective for treating eye diseases.Dry eye is categorized in TCM under terms like"Bai Se Zheng"(white dryness syndrome),"Ganse Hunhua Zheng"(dryness and blurry vision syndrome),and"Shenshui Jiangku Zheng"(dried-up spirit fluid syndrome),and is a challenging condition that is prone to recurrence.This paper,combining modern medical understanding of dry eye,explores the evolution of dry eye and ocular surface microenvironment circulation disorders from the perspective of"eye Xuanfu-Collateral Vessels".The core pathogenesis of dry eye is summarized as Xuanfu dysfunction,Qi and fluid stagnation,and Collateral vessels deficiency and obstruction.Therefore,the treatment principle of"opening Xuanfu and unblocking the collateral vessels"is proposed.Based on the wind herb characteristics of"ascending,dispersing,penetrating,and guiding",wind herbs are selected to dispel wind,open Xuanfu,and promote fluid circulation to moisten dryness,aiming to provide new ideas and theoretical support for the TCM diagnosis and treatment of dry eye.关键词
