村民建房用地管理标准与保障机制探究
Research on the Management Standard and Guarantee Mechanism of Villagers'Housing Land

Abstract
With the rapid development of rural social economy,the problem of villagers'housing land has become increasingly prominent,which has become an important factor affecting the implementation of rural revitalization strategy.In view of the existing practical problems in the current management of villagers'housing land,such as irregular village planning,complicated approval process and waste of land resources,this paper systematically analyzes the current situation of rural residential land management in Liupanshui city,Guizhou province,and puts forward scientific and reasonable management standard and guarantee mechanism.This paper improves the management system in three aspects:standardized construction of village planning,land use index control and approval management standards,and combines the countermeasures of optimizing land resource allocation and simplifying the approval process to provide practical solutions for rural residential land management.The results show that reasonable optimization of the management standard and guarantee mechanism of villagers'housing land is helpful to promote the efficient allocation of land resources,protect the legitimate rights and interests of villagers,and promote the sustainable development of rural economy and the harmony and stability of rural society.关键词
