Abstract
The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly proposes to"comprehensively promote rural revitalization,adhere to the priority development of agriculture and rural areas,maintain urban-rural integrated development,and facilitate the flow of urban-rural elements.Solidly promote the revitalization of rural industries,talents,culture,ecology,and organizations".Based on the high-quality development of the"Belt and Road"Initiative and Guangxi's unique geographical advantages,Liupao tea,as a representative agricultural product of the Guangxi region,embraces unprecedented development opportunities,faced with multiple challenges in accurately conveying product value and enhancing international market competitiveness.Therefore,this paper actively integrates the above multiple background orientations,focusing on the issues of"what to say","how to say it",and"who to say it to"in the external publicity translation of Liupao tea culture from the perspective of rural revitalization.It proposes optimization strategies for the external publicity translation of Liupao tea culture,including emphasizing distinctive features,optimizing translation expression,exploring cultural heritage,innovating expression methods,and grasping market demands to adjust translation strategies.These suggestions aim to provide necessary reference paths for effectively promoting rural revitalization in the Guangxi region and improving the quality of Liupao tea culture's external publicity translation.关键词
