1例镜面右位心伴慢性硬膜下血肿患者钻孔引流术后的护理体会
Nursing experience in the postoperative care of a patient with mirror-image dextrocardia and chronic subdural hematoma after burr hole drainage surgery

Abstract
Mirror-image dextrocardia is a congenital cardiac position abnormality,which is relatively rare,characterized by the heart's main axis being located in the right thoracic cavity,and its longitudinal axis pointing to the right.Chronic subdural hematoma(CSDH)is a common neurological disorder,frequently occurring in the elderly population.Treatment options include surgical inter-vention,medical therapy,and pharmacological management.For symptomatic CSDH patients,surgery is currently the first-line treat-ment.Although the procedure is relatively straightforward,postoperative care may become complicated due to potential complications,and the risk of recurrent bleeding is also elevated.Cases of complete situs inversus complicated by chronic subdural hematoma are particularly rare in clinical practice.Key nursing considerations for such patients include ECG electrode placement must be adjusted for dextrocardia to ensure accurate monitoring;Postoperative care should prioritze drainage tube management and optimal positioning to brain tissue re-expansion and reduce intracranial pressure;close monitoring of headache symptoms is necessary to prevent pain-re-lated delirium;Proactive management of abdominal distension and constipation is critical to avoid valsalva maneuver-induced brain herniation;Early ambulation should be encouraged to promote recovery.Through the implementation of refined nursing measures,the patient was able to recover well and was discharged successfully.关键词
