高职教育助力乡村振兴人才培养策略研究

Abstract
Rural revitalization is an important strategy in China's new era,and talent is the key to rural revitalization.As an important way to cultivate skilled talents,higher vocational education plays an important role in cultivating talents for rural revitalization.Through analyzing the current situation of rural revitalization talent training in Wulingyuan District,Zhangjiajie,Wulingyuan District is facing problems such as ecological environment,development and utilization of tourism resources,and shortage of rural talents.Wulingyuan District urgently needs to cultivate a group of applied talents with practical operation capabilities and professional skills to promote rural revitalization.Put forward practical strategies for higher vocational education in cultivating talents for rural revitalization in Wulingyuan District,Zhangjiajie,increase government support,optimize educational resources,strengthen student employment guidance and services,encourage cooperation between enterprises and higher vocational colleges,integrate industry and education and other measures to improve the quality and efficiency of talent training,aiming to provide high-quality talent support for rural revitalization.关键词
