长病程感音神经性聋药物疗效分析
Efficacy of Drug Therapies for Long Course Sensorineural Deafness
摘要
Abstract
Objective Objective To evaluate the efficacy of drug therapies for patients with long course(≥30 days),sensorineural deafness to provide a basis for optimal drug treatment approach,especially before cochlear implantation.Methods Retrospectively,Data from 87 patients(124 ears)with sensorineural deafness≥30 days who were admitted to the Department of Otorhinolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery,Sixth Medical Center of Chinese People's Liberation Army General Hospital from January 2021 to January 2025 for initial treatment were collected,including pure tone thresholds from 0.125 to 8 kHz.Based on efficacy assessment criteria in the"Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines for Sudden Deafness(2015)",their treatment outcomes were categorized as effective or ineffective,and factors potentially affecting the outcomes were analyzed.Results Of the 124 ears,drug therapies in 13 were categorized as effective(10.5%).A disease course longer than 3 months and bilateral involvement were risk factors affecting the efficacy of drug therapies(P<0.05),while age and gender had no obvious influence(P>0.05).Conclusion A small number of patients with long course sensorineural deafness(10.5%)may still respond to drug therapies,although a course of disease longer than 3 months and bilateral deafness may negatively affect the efficacy of drug therapies.Therefore,a course of drug treatment can be attempted in such patients for the possibility of hearing improvement and potentially use ofok hearing aids instead of cochlear implantation,in improving patients quality of life.关键词
