Abstract
In the field of intelligent manufacturing,optimizing production process and scheduling,realizing accurate intelligent control,predictive maintenance and fault prediction,and promoting supply chain optimization and intelligent management have become key research directions.At present,enterprises are faced with challenges such as production efficiency improvement,cost control and market competition.It is necessary to introduce artificial intelligence and standardized algorithms,combined with intelligent algorithms such as genetic algorithm and particle swarm algorithm,to carefully optimize production tasks and resource scheduling and realize intelligent upgrading of production lines.At the same time,it is necessary to use machine vision,deep learning and other technologies to carry out high-precision and high-speed product testing,combined with big data analysis to achieve automatic diagnosis and intelligent decision-making of quality problems.In addition,it is essential to use sensors to collect equipment operation data,and apply random forest,deep learning network and other algorithms to establish a prediction model,so as to achieve predictive maintenance and fault prediction of equipment.关键词
