重症心力衰竭患者Ⅰ期运动康复的循证护理实践
Evidence-based nursing practice of phase Ⅰ exercise rehabilitation in patients with severe heart failure

Abstract
Objective To retrieve and summarize the evidence of phase Ⅰ exercise rehabilitation in patients with severe heart failure,determine the review index,implement and evaluate its clinical effect.Methods Through evidence summary,baseline re-view,and analysis of the promotion and obstacle factors of evidence application in clinical scenarios,a phase Ⅰ evidence-based exer-cise rehabilitation practice plan in line with our department was formed.The incidence of adverse cardiovascular events,modified Bar-thel Index Rating Scale score,the implementation rate of nurses'quality review indicators and the score of nurses'exercise rehabilita-tion knowledge level before and after the application of evidence were compared.Results There was no significant difference in the number of adverse cardiovascular events of early exercise rehabilitation between the two groups(P＞0.05).Compared with the con-trol group,the intervention group had a significant increase in the score of the modified Barthel Index Rating Scale(P＜0.05),the implementation rate of 10 review indicators and the knowledge level of exercise rehabilitation of nurses(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of the evidence-based phase Ⅰ exercise rehabilitation program for patients with severe heart failure in clinical practice can effectively improve the activities of daily living of patients,promote the improvement of nurses' professional knowledge and improve nurses' evidence-based compliance.关键词
