乡村振兴背景下革命老区职业教育发展路径研究

Abstract
Talent is the first resource,and the core of rural revitalization lies in talent revitalization.More than 70%of students in vocational colleges come from rural areas.Therefore,vocational education not only plays a role in cultivating compound skilled talents and nurturing craftsmen from big countries,but also shoulders the responsibility of blocking the intergenerational transmission of rural poverty,cultivating grassroots leaders to get rich,and improving rural areas.The important task of the stock of human capital.Based on this,a survey was conducted on the development of vocational education in Huichang County,Ganzhou City,and it was found that vocational education in Huichang County has two major characteristics:feelings for running schools and strong policy support.It was analyzed that the development of vocational education has difficulties such as uneven vocational education resources,lack of quality of teachers and students,insignificant effect of integration of industry and education,and insufficient development motivation;based on the advanced experience of the development of vocational education at home and abroad,we try to put forward practical countermeasures and suggestions from three aspects:continuous promotion of the integration of industry and education,equal emphasis on external publicity and internal plastic,and the coordinated efforts of multiple entities,so as to promote the high-quality development of vocational education in Huichang County and empower the rural revitalization of the old revolutionary areas of Huichang.关键词
