Abstract
As intangible assets,patents are gradually becoming the core assets accepted in industrial investment and technology finance,which also brings new challenges to asset value measurement.In order to standardize the patent value assessment work in Hunan province and avoid the common phenomenon of value deviation in practice,Hunan province organized the development of the local standard DB43/T3002-2024,Guidance for patent value evaluation.This paper introduces the current situation of patent value evaluation standardization in China,elaborates on the positioning,principles,and main content of the standard,analyzes the common issues encountered and innovative points in the development process,which is expected to provide further understanding of the standard for relevant technical personnel and a reference for the development of other similar local standards.关键词
