Abstract
Objective In order to observe the clinical efficacy of Zhibai Dihuang decoction supplemented with 5％minoxidil in the treatment of alopecia areata(AA),and analyze its influence on the levels of certain serum factors.Methods Totally 96 patients with AA admitted to our hospital from March 2022 to August 2023 were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 48 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with 5％minoxidil,while patients in the observation group were treated with Zhibai Dihuang decoction plus 5％minoxidil.The clinical efficacy,skin lesion recovery,serum factor level and adverse reactions of AA patients in both groups were observed.Results The clinical curative rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(91.67％vs.70.83％),with statistical significance(P＜0.05).Repeated variance analysis of skin lesion recovery scores in both groups at different time points showed:The difference between two groups was statistically significant(F=5.391,P=0.022);The time effect reached high statistical significance,indicating substantial temporal variations in skin lesion recovery(F=94.098,P＜0.001);The interaction effect indicated that there was a certain interaction between the groups and time points,but it was close to the critical value of a significant difference(F=2.657,P=0.056).After three months of treatment,the serum levels of interleukin-23(IL-23)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in both groups decreased,while the levels of IL-35 and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)increased(P＜0.05).The levels of IL-23 and TNF-α in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the levels of IL-35 and VEGF were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).There were no significant differences in the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion The application of Zhibai Dihuang decoction supplemented with 5％minoxidil in A A patients is helpful to improve the clinical efficacy and serum factor level,and the medication safety is good.关键词
