Present Situation and Development Trend of Picking Technology and Equipment for High-quality Tea
摘要
Abstract
With the rapid development of China's tea industry,the lack of key technology and equipment in the plucking process of fine tea and the low degree of automation are becoming increasingly prominent.The article summarizes the current research status of technology and equipment in the plucking process of famous tea,and sys-tematically summarizes the research and development and popularization and application of famous tea plucking machine in recent years in terms of fresh leaf identification,target positioning,plucking end-effector and the whole machine.The article analyzed the technical characteristics of different methods and equipment,summarized their advantages and shortcomings,and pointed out the challenges and future development trends of the research and de-velopment of famous tea picking robots in view of the current shortcomings of famous tea picking technology and equipment.As to how to realize the fully automated picking of famous tea,the article considered that accurate posi-tioning identification of tea leaves,picking path planning,optimized design of end-effector and fresh leaf grading equipment research and development are its necessary measures.关键词
