Abstract
Objective In order to evaluate the clinical efficacy of autologous fat transfer for scar through Meta-analysis.Methods Randomized controlled clinical trials or cohort studies of autologous fat transfer for scar were retrieved from PubMed,EMBASE,Cochrane Library,China National Knowledge Internet,Wanfang database,and Baidu Academic databases.Meta-analysis was performed using RevMan 5.3 software after strict quality evaluation.Clinical indicators were the patient scar assessment scale(PSAS),the observer scar assessment scale(OSAS)and Vancouver scar scale(VSS).Results Ten clinical trials were included,five were randomized controlled clinical studies and five were cohort studies,involving a total of 455 patients.The OSAS score of the autologous fat transplantation group was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(MD=-3.23;95％CI,-6.28～-0.19,P＜0.05).The PSAS score of autologous fat transplantation group was lower than that of control group,the differences were statistically significant(MD=-1.75;95％CI,-2.33～-1.17,P＜0.05),the VSS score of autologous fat transplantation group was also lower than that of control group,the differences were statistically significant(MD=-2.15;95％CI,-3.06～-1.23,P＜0.05).Conclusion Autologous fat transplantation not only can effectively relieve the pain,itching and other symptoms caused by scars,but also can improve the thickness,color and roughness of scars,and improve patient satisfaction.关键词
