合谷刺法治疗肌筋膜炎临床疗效的Meta分析
Meta-analysis of the Clinical Efficacy of Hegu Needling in the Treatment of Myofascitis
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To systematically evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of clinical application of Hegu nee-dling in the treatment of myofascitis.Methods:A computerized search was performed on China Knowledge Inter-net(CNKI),Wanfang Database(WanFang),China Biomedical Literature Database(CBM),Vip Scientific and Tech-nical Journal Database(VIP),PubMed,Embase,and Cochrane Library for clinical randomized controlled trials on the application of Hegu needling in the treatment of myofascitis from inception to August 20th,2024.The outcome indicators included pain visual analog scale(VAS)score,overall effectiveness,Oswestry dysfunction index(ODI)score,Roland-Morris dysfunction questionnaire(RDQ)score,neck pain scale(NPQ)score,and cervical spine mo-bility score(ROM)assessment.Two evaluators independently conducted literature screening and data extraction,assessed the quality of eligible literature in accordance with the relevant entries of the Cochrane Handbook of Sys-tematic Evaluation,and used RevMan 5.4 software to perform statistical analysis.Results:11 articles involving 751 patients with myofascitis were finally included in the study,and meta-analysis showed that the total effective rate of the experimental group was better than that of the control group[OR=3.96,95％ CI(2.27,6.91),P＜0.00001],and the VAS score was lower than that of the control group[SMD=-0.96,95％ CI(-1.71,-0.75),P＜0.00001],which was statistically significant(P＜0.05);however,the differences were not statistically significant in terms of the ODI[SMD=-2.62,95％ CI(-5.78,0.55),P=0.10].Conclusion:Hegu needling can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of myofascitis and improve the quality of life of patients.However,due to the limitation of the number and quality of articles,more high-quality,large-sample clinical randomized controlled trials are still need-ed to support.关键词
