电针辅助常规康复治疗急性脑卒中后肢体功能障碍的Meta分析
Electroacupuncture as an Adjunctive Treatment to Conventional Rehabilitation for Limb Function Disorders after Acute Stroke:A Meta-analysis

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture as an adjunctive treatment to con-ventional rehabilitation training on limb function disorders after stroke using meta-analysis.Methods:Databases including CNKI,VIP,WanFang Data,PubMed,Embase,and Cochrane Library were searched from inception to No-vember 2024 for randomized controlled trials(RCTs).RevMan 5.3 software was used for meta-analysis,and the Cochrane risk of bias tool was employed to assess the quality of included studies.Results:A total of 16 studies were included.Meta-analysis results showed significant improvements in Fugl-Meyer Assessment(FMA)total score[MD=14.49,95% CI(6.48,22.50),P<0.01];upper limb FMA[MD=5.59,95% CI(2.11,9.07),P<0.01];low-er limb FMA score[MD=2.98,95% CI(1.80,4.15),P<0.01];MBI score[MD=13.67,95% CI(-2.45,29.79),P=0.10];National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NHISS)score[MD=-1.87,95% CI(-4.03,0.29),P=0.09];Barth-el Index[MD=16.73,95% CI(8.22,25.24),P<0.01];Berg Balance Scale(BBS)[MD=5.70,95% CI(4.32,7.08),P<0.01];Cerebral Stroke Inventory(CSI)score[MD=-1.19,95% CI(-1.61,-0.77),P<0.01];and Neurological Deficit Scale(NDS)score[MD=-2.62,95% CI(-3.04,-2.20),P<0.01].Conclusion:Electroacupuncture com-bined with rehabilitation treatment can effectively improve limb motor function and self-care ability in patients af-ter acute stroke,reduce the degree of neurological deficits,and enhance cognitive abilities.关键词
