茶农参与特色农业产业链服务构建意愿及影响因素研究
Study on the Willingness and Influencing Factors of Tea Farmers to Participate in the Construction of Specialized Agricultural Industry Chain Services

Abstract
The willingness of tea farmers to participate in the construction of specialty agricultural industry chain services is the key to promote the high-quality development of regional agriculture.This paper took the moss tea farmers in Shiqian County,Guizhou Province as the research object,and through the questionnaire survey and binary logistic regression model,it explored the key factors affecting the tea farmers' willingness to participate in the construction of Shiqian moss tea industry chain services.The study found that age,picking method and annual tea income significantly increased the farmers' willingness to participate,while gender,number of family members,planting scale and years of planting were negatively correlated.Joining cooperatives,awareness of landmarks and awareness of trademark maintenance positively promoted the willingness to participate,while management and maintenance costs and awareness of the public brand had negative effects.The government-supported tea seedlings,fertilizers and training services significantly enhanced the participation of tea farmers.Based on this,customized farmers' needs,precise market po-sitioning and reducing participation costs were proposed to enhance farmers' willingness to participate and promote the high-quality development of the Shiqian moss tea industry chain.关键词
