Challenges and Institutional Solutions in the Governance of Online Drug Sales
摘要
Abstract
As a significant initiative in the healthcare system reform,online drug sales constitute an essential step toward realizing the Healthy China initiative.In recent years,this sales model has achieved leapfrog development while presenting new regulatory challenges.Current oversight is insufficient in several areas:regulation of cross-border e-commerce retail imports remains weak,governance capacity for online drug sales is lacking,and there are limited constraints on individuals mailing pharmaceuticals through personal parcels.Moreover,relevant regulatory frameworks remain incomplete.To address these issues,this paper advocates for the development of a modernized legal system that evolves with technological advancements.By integrating institutional innovation with new technological tools,a stable and healthy development of the online drug sales sector can be ensured.关键词
