Abstract

In recent years,matcha has won wide attention and favor around the world due to its unique flavor and health value.This paper deeply analyzed the current situation of matcha industry in Zhejiang province,and discussed the significant advantages of Zhejiang matcha in three aspects:policy support,scientific and technological innovation and cultural inheritance.On this basis,this paper analyzed the difficulties existing in the matcha industry in Zhejiang province,such as incomplete control of raw materials,weak brand competition,industry chain to be replenalized,shallow ex-ploration of product characteristics,and shortage of professional talents,and put forward a series of development suggestions.In order to further promote the high-quality development of matcha industry in Zhejiang province.
