川贝母药材质量评价与思考
Quality Evaluation and Considerations for Fritillariae Cirrhosae Bulbus as a Traditional Chinese Medicinal Material

Abstract
Fritillariae Cirrhosae Bulbus is a highly valued and regionally authentic medicinal material in Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM).It is commonly used in various TCM clinical prescriptions and serves as an important raw material in many proprietary Chinese medicines and health supplements.The quality of this material is directly related to both its medicinal efficacy and consumption safety.To evaluate the current quality status of Fritillariae Cirrhosae Bulbus in the market and provide a reference for regulatory authorities,this study conducted a sampling survey and analysis of relevant indicators for samples sold in Chengdu.Results demonstrated that 13 out of 73 samples(17.8%)were adulterants not derived from Fritillariae Cirrhosae Bulbus.Among the authentic samples,the qualification rate for sipeimine content was only 70.0%.Other quality issues,including excessive moisture,ash,and extract content,were also observed to varying degrees.These findings highlight the urgent need to strengthen market supervision and improve the capabilities for quality evaluation and control.Further analysis revealed that the current evaluation system consists of isolated indicators,which limits the effectiveness of comprehensive quality assessment.Therefore,it is necessary to screen evaluation indices from multiple dimensions,build a standardized quality grading system,and develop integrated evaluation techniques and standardized labeling systems.These measures will provide stronger technical support for quality assurance and regulatory oversight of Fritillariae Cirrhosae Bulbus in market.关键词
