数智时代高校教师数字素养与技能提升路径研究
Research on digital literacy and skills improvement paths of college teachers in the era of digital intelligence
摘要
Abstract
In the era of digital intelligence,the transformation of new-generation information technologies has presented challenges to education.To facilitate the high-quality development of edu-cation,it is of paramount importance to enhance teachers'digital literacy and skills.This article ex-pounds on the significance and value of improving digital literacy and skills of university teachers,ana-lyzes the challenges confronted in the training of teachers'digital literacy and skills.On this basis,it proposes paths and strategies such as strengthening the cultivation of teachers'digital awareness,de-signing precise training models for teachers'digital literacy,and establishing a teaching evaluation and feedback mechanism based on big data analysis,with the expectation of enhancing the quality and ef-fect of education and assisting teachers in upgrading their digital literacy and skills.关键词
