摘要

Abstract

In the process of education,a large amount of learning data will be generated,which makes the"learning black box"in the process of programming problem solving complicated.In the actual programming situation,students'performance is poor,and learning analysis based on in-complete data is difficult to accurately reflect students'learning status and problem solving ability.Based on the black box model of learning analysis,this study collects,analyzes and reports the data of learners,learning process and their environment,so as to accurately evaluate students'problem solv-ing ability,build a problem solving ability evaluation framework from the perspective of learning analy-sis,and map learning data with different dimensions of problem solving ability by using time series analysis and statistical analysis techniques.The learning black box in the process of programming prob-lem solving is decrypted,and the learning environment and teaching design are optimized through teaching intervention to improve students'problem-solving ability.Following the evaluation ideas of theoretical traction,application support and data demonstration,experiments were carried out in the programming course"Database Technology and Application"to verify the effectiveness of the frame-work.The results show that the evaluation framework is helpful to the cultivation of students'problem-solving ability and has practical value and guiding significance in programming teaching.
