基于自主决定理论的临床护理教师参与课程思政教学影响因素的质性研究
A qualitative study of influencing factors of clinical nursing preceptors participating in curriculum ideology and politics based on Self-Determination Theory

Abstract
Objective To deeply explore the facilitators and barriers of clinical nursing precep-tors'engagement in curriculum ideology and politics,in order to provide insights for further enhancing curriculum ideology and politics for nursing interns.Methods Based on Self-determination Theory,phenomenological research approach in qualitative study was employed to conduct semi-structured interviews with 11 clinical nursing preceptors.Colaizzi's method was used for data analysis.Results The barriers of preceptors'engagement in curriculum ideology and politics contained 6 sub-themes including insufficient skills in integrating curriculum ideology and politics into teaching,lack of ability in exploring elements of curriculum ideology and politics,absence of an encouraging environ-ment,inadequate allocation of human resources,lack of attention from nursing interns,and absence of evaluation and incentives.The facilitators included recognition of the importance of implementing curriculum ideology and politics,improvement of teaching abilities,enhanced professional fulfillment and identity,and increased pride among party members.Conclusion The engagement of nursing pre-ceptors in curriculum ideology and politics is influenced by a range of facilitators and barriers.In the fu-ture,interventions based on Self-Determination Theory can be developed to enhance nursing precep-tors'willingness and capability to actively participate,so as to provide reference for the cultivation of nursing talents with good ideological and moral qualities as well as social responsibility.关键词
